Insurance Claims FAQ
If you cannot contact your agent, claims can be directly reported to our office by calling, 1-800-672-3558 or via e-mail at Claims@Buckeye-Ins.com. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. We will need your name, address, phone, policy number and a brief description of what happened. If you have an emergency situation such as a large fire loss or a severe injury, you can use the same number to report the claim after normal business hours.
Service to our policyholders is our top priority. Generally, our claims department attempts to contact you the same day your claim is received in our office.
You can call and report it to your agent or you can call Safelite at 1-800-887-5943. You will need to provide them the vehicle involved, the glass part that needs replaced/repaired and your auto policy number.
Buckeye Insurance Group The fax number for the Claims department is 937-778-5022. If you know the name of your adjuster, please send it to his/her attention. It's always helpful to include your claim number on any correspondence. We have resident adjusters in the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. If you have their fax NUMBER send the information directly to their attention. If you do not, you can either fax the information to the home office and we will forward it on to the appropriate location or we can provide you their fax number. |
