Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the members of this company for the purpose of electing directors and transacting such other business as may come before the meeting shall be held in the month of March at the discretion of the company. Time and place of the annual meeting will be available sixty (60) days in advance of the meeting on the public website.

The 2010 annual meeting will be held Wednesday March 24, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. at the home office of Buckeye State Mutual Insurance Company, One Heritage Place, Piqua, Ohio 45356.
